Our breads
Seven seed sourdough
Naturally leavened bread without added yeast which contains a mix of seeds; malted wheat, sesame, linseed, pumpkin, millet, poppy and sunflower. Seven Seed Sourdough won a 1 Star Gold at the Great Taste Awards 2010 and a Highly Commended at the Soil Association Food Awards 2008.
Danish rye
100% rye bread made with light rye flour leavened with a stiff dark rye natural leaven and a bit of yeast. It contains some Daylesford organic yoghurt produced in our creamery.
Spelt sourdough
This bread is quite unique in UK, you won’t find it in many other places. It is made with white spelt flour naturally leavened, without added yeast.
Pumpernickel
Won a 1 Star Gold at the Great Taste Awards 2010.
Fruit bread
Achieved a Highly Commended at the Soil Association Awards 2008.
Sandwich loaf
Prepared with a tiny amount of yeast with a long fermentation to avoid the yeasty flavour of main sandwich loaves on the market.
