Our market garden

This is where Daylesford really comes into its own: we work with nature to have a calendar of seasonal fruits throughout the year on our 20 acres of market garden. We grow over 100 varieties of award-winning organic fruit, vegetables and herbs.

Where we can’t grow all that we need, we source from organic farms, as local to us as possible. Our chefs make full use of the fresh seasonal produce from our market garden; preparing delicious dishes for our cafés, salads and ready-to-cook meals and soups.
