Our seasonal recipes
All students at The Cookery School receive recipe folders which give comprehensive information for you to take home and use in the kitchen. These comprise detailed step-by-step recipes, nutritional values and technical resources; cooking temperatures, measurements, conversions, storage advice, preparation times, equipment checklists.
This folder also contains resources to help you sustain your seasonal, organic approach, with charts showing which ingredients are in season, compost recipes, a cooking year planner, and a Daylesford Organic guide with supplier details.
