Aberdeen Angus is well known for its superior quality beef and our pedigree herd of prize-winnning Aberdeen Angus cattle is no exception. Their graze on our organic pastures and their meat is hung in our abattoir to mature for 21 days.

  • Roast sirloin of Aberdeen angus beef, trompettes and creamed polenta
     
  • Stewed forced rhubarb, rhubarb and orange jelly with rhubarb crumble ice cream

  • Mini Yorkshire puddings with a smoked trout and horseradish dip
     
  • Pot roasted Daylesford chicken, red Russian kale, braised haricot beans with chorizo, chilli and lemon

  • Quails eggs and steamed asparagus (herb mousseline sauce)
     
  • Slow cooked shoulder and roast cutlet of new season lamb, thyme pomme anna, spiced aubergine and kale
     
  • Poached rhubarb with a iced vanilla yoghurt and honey comb parfait
