With farm tours, informative talks by our farmers and producers, demonstrations from our Cookery School and Farm School, the chance to meet our beautiful animals - as well as the opportunity to taste all our delicious, organic produce - we've plenty for all to see and do.
Farm Tours
Throughout the day. Starting at 10.30am. Last tour 4.30pm.
See our farm up close with a tractor and trailer tour with Richard, our Farms Manager and enjoy a sheep dog demonstration with his prize-winning sheep dog, Sidney.
Donation for our chosen charities welcome, Soil Asscoiation and Slow Food. £1 for an adult, children free.
Farm Theatre
10.30 and 12.30pm. Cookery School demonstration with our Cookery School chef, Vladimir Niza.
11.30 and 1.30pm. Our Cookery School chef is joined by our special guests, Rose Prince and Jane Clarke to answer all your questions.
2.30pm. 'The Big Cheese Taste' with our cheese maker and guest Juliet Harbutt. Artisan cheese making is a real craft; you can actually taste the seasons they were made in. Find out why and have all your questions answered.
4pm. 'Doing it Organically'. Discover why we passionately believe organic is best and put your questions to our market gardeners, farmers and chefs.
Cookery School
10.30, 12.30 and 2.30pm. Children will have fun creating their very own little organic treat for tea.
Market Garden
All day. Learn a new skill, with demonstrations at our Organic Farm School; hen keeping, bee keeping, small holding, willow weaving, hedge laying and dry stone walling. Have your grow your own questions answered by Jez our market gardener and take home a seed tray to get you started. And for the young ones, children can have hours of fun driving our ride-on tractors.
Smallholders Corner
All day. Enjoy meeting our farm animals; ewes with their lambs, Gloucester cattle, chickens and chicks, ducks and ducklings and our Gloucester piglets.
