Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it, subject to your rights of cancellation.
Your order will be accepted as soon as we have confirmed your order. Our acceptance of your order is conditional on the availability of the Products you have ordered. We are only able to deliver your fresh, Easter Sunday Lunch Box on Thursday 5th April. Couriers are not picking up on Good Friday for next day delivery on Saturday 7th April. Receipt of delivery
All deliveries require a signature at the point of receipt. If the delivery service is unable to obtain a signature because the recipient is out, a card will be left so that a re-delivery or collection from a local depot can be arranged. Please note: For fresh food deliveries it is recommended that the package is delivered to an address where it can be received, as products held in postal depots cannot be guaranteed to be refrigerated whilst being held. If you need to alter the address for delivery prior to despatch, please e-mail thefarm@daylesfordorganic.com or phone our Personal Team service on 0800 083 1233.
Daylesford Organic Ltd and its employees cannot be held responsible for an inability to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will however make our best efforts to correct the problem. Please contact our Personal Shopping Team on 0800 083 1233 to discuss your concerns.
Suspension of International Delivery
We can no longer offer an International Delivery Service for online orders. This includes deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and The Channel islands.
The very nature of our produce - fresh and seasonal - requires it to be delivered on time and to a cost favourable to our customers. Unfortunately, international deliveries are proving unreliable and too costly and we have had no option but to suspend this service. We apologise for the inconvenience.
We cannot delivery fresh produce overseas. Ambient overseas deliveries may be possible, and only by placing your order with the Personal Shopping Team. These will be on an as-quoted basis and our Personal Shopping Team can advise you, but it may mean that they will have to re-contact you with the cost of shipping. Overseas orders placed on the website will not be processed.
Payment and prices
Payment can be made using Master Card, Visa, American Express, Switch, Delta, Maestro or by cheque. All cheques should be made payable to Daylesford Organic Limited with the cheque guarantee card number on the reverse. No goods will be despatched until credit/debit cards or cheque transactions have been authorised and payment received.
All prices are VAT inclusive. VAT receipts are available on request.
