We are very proud of our wonderful fresh organic milk, produced right here at the Dairy, from our herd of contented organic Friesians. Scientific research has at last proved what we always knew: that organic milk really is much better for you – and the taste is delicious. Look out for our very unusual packs of full fat, skimmed and semi-skimmed milk: they are in squashy ‘milk jugs’ made of a completely biodegradable material, so you are helping the environment, as well as the health of your family.
