Our organic chickens are Sassos - the gourmet's choice. They live free-range, open-air lives and are allowed to develop longer, so that their meat has a chance to develop its full flavour. We also produce organic eggs of unbeatable quality, with deep yellow yolks.
Our outstanding herd of farmed venison is very rare indeed, in that it is licensed as fully organic by the Soil Association. These healthy animals produce meat of unbeatable quality.
