Our wines come from Château Léoube, the sister estate of Daylesford Organic in Provence. Their use of traditional growing methods ensure the vineyard produces healthy, succulent fruit which is then harvested by hand so that only the best grapes are selected. The hard work of winemaker Romain Ott and his elite team produce a white, rosé and red that meet with great acclaim.


Daylesford's own Sommelier, Jerome Pernot closely manages the relationship between Daylesford and Château Léoube. Jerome's considerable experience ensures that we select wines of the best quality at the right price. The offering is based around a core range of biodynamic and organically certified wines from premium vineyards around the world.
