organic apricot compote

This Organic compote of apricots is produced near Nantes in the north-west of France. It can form a delicious dessert in its own right, served with Organic yoghurt, Organic cream or ice-cream; it is excellent as a topping to breakfast cereals or pancakes. The French traditionally serve the compote as part of a wonderful breakfast, with warm, crusty French bread and a large pot of fresh coffee.
