Our organic chickens have distinctive flavour and succulence. They are reared at their own pace, and free to range over our certified organic clover leys at our Staffordshire estate. Strict bio-security measures protect our chickens from infection, whilst allowing us to retain full Soil Association certification. Our chicken breasts are in packs of 2 and are left with the skin on.

Our organic chickens are Sassos - the gourmet’s choice. They live free-range, open-air lives and are allowed to develop longer, so that their meat has a chance to develop its full flavour. We also produce organic eggs of unbeatable quality, with deep yellow yolks.
