Our cows are allowed to suckle their own calves and are kept together to minimise stress. This has a marvellous effect on their health, like their natural diet, and increases their natural resistance. Our beef is hung, and butchered, to bring out the maximum flavour, texture and succulence. We only use quality cuts of meat for mincing creating a naturally lean beef mince.
