Our sausages are highly acclaimed for their flavour, organic meat content, and win prizes for taste.

Minced and shaped pork with seasoning. Organically grown ingredients: pork (70%), pork fat, breadcrumbs, rice flour, spices, cane sugar (0.1%), onion powder, thyme, Other ingredients: water, sea salt, natural pork sausage skin, yeast extract, antioxidant (ascorbic acid). Grill for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
