Our pork is specially reared and selected to meet our high standards by a family-run farm in Shropshire, raised the way nature intended - in relaxed, open-air surroundings where they are free to forage on organic land. They are not given chemicals, growth promoters or other additives, and are innocent of any unwelcome chemical preservatives. In addition to loins and legs of pork for a special occasion or large family lunch, we have simple cuts like belly pork; sausages of supreme porkiness; traditionally cured whole Alderton hams which are moist and succulent; and an organic Old Spot pork pie that makes pie aficionados sing its praises!
