Our organic bacon is from pigs reared as nature intended, by a family-run farm in Shropshire: in family groups, free to range and forage naturally. The pigs mature at their own pace, on a natural, additive-free diet. Organically grown ingredients; pork (not less than 97%), cane sugar. other ingredients; sea salt, preservatives (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate).
