Our beef is the real thing: pedigree Aberdeen Angus raised on our own rolling organic pasture, to the very highest welfare standard. We have our own Master Butcher, to ensure that this magnificent meat is hung long enough, and prepared with skill, to yield up its full taste when you cook it. We can offer sublime steaks, fillets, and sirloins - but we also do simple inexpensive cuts like brisket, which can give you some of autumn’s highlights - slow roasted, or in lovely, fragrant casseroles.
