Specific order delivery dates can be selected during the checking out process. If your order contains perishable products, please ensure your receiving party will be available at the time of delivery to sign for and accept it. If you are not available to receive your order it will be left with the local Post Office or Parcelforce depot and you will be notified by means of a card posted through your letter box by our courier.The condition of fresh products in this instance cannot be guaranteed. Alternatively your order can be delivered to your place of work if this is more convenient.

To UK mainland addresses , orders under £75.00 are at our standard delivery charge of £8.00 and all orders over £75.00 (excluding hampers) are delivered free of charge. First-time orders over £25 to the UK mainland are delivered free of charge.
Delivery charges are for one delivery to any single mainland United Kingdom address. This excludes the Isle of Man , some remote areas of Scotland, and the Scottish islands. A surcharge may be payable for deliveries to these locations. Some products, particularly fresh foods, may not be able to be sent to these locations due to transit times, and deliveries may take considerably longer than those to the UK mainland.
To follow up on an order delivery please contact the Personal Shopping Service on 0800 083 1233 as soon as possible after the expected delivery time. Standard delivery conditions are delivery before 12pm following day of despatch. Other timings are available based on payment of a small additional fee.
All deliveries require a signature at the point of receipt. If the delivery service is unable to obtain a signature because the recipient is out, a card will be left so that a re-delivery or collection from a local depot can be arranged. Please note: For fresh food deliveries it is recommended that the package is delivered to an address where it can be received, as products held in postal depots cannot be guaranteed to be refrigerated whilst being held. The very nature of our produce - fresh and seasonal - requires it to be delivered on time and to a cost favourable to our customers. Unfortunately, international deliveries are proving unreliable and too costly and we have had no option but to suspend this service. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Overseas deliveries may be possible on orders placed through our personal shopping service on 0800 083 1233. These will be on an as-quoted basis. Our Personal shopping representatives can advise further.
