Delivery information

To ensure freshness of products and to minimise handling times so that orders arrive in perfect condition, orders are delivered by next day courier. Fresh products are sent packed in insulated cool boxes with ice packs.

Specific order delivery dates can be selected during the checking out process. If you are not available to receive your order it will be left with the local Post Office or Parcelforce depot and you will be notified by means of a card posted through your letter box by our courier. Alternatively your order can be delivered to your place of work if this is more convenient.

Delivery rates

Standard delivery and packaging within the UK is charged at £5.95. For all orders over £75 (excluding hampers) standard delivery of £5.95 is free of charge. Deliveries on a Pre 9 am or pre 12 am service are available at an extra charge.

Please note that there is an additional £2 packaging fee for all orders that require chilled delivery. This £2 will be refunded to your Daylesford account upon return of the reusable packaging.

The standard delivery charge is for one delivery to any single United Kingdom address. Overseas delivery are charged by the number of items in the order, the charge for delivery will be applied at the checkout.

Christmas produce delivery and rates

Christmas produce including hampers will be dispatched individually and specific additional delivery terms and conditions may apply. This information will be available with the product details.

With the exception of turkeys, last delivery date for Chrismas orders will be the 17th December 2008 (subject to availability). Turkey orders will be delivered on the 21st December.

Orders for non UK delivery must be placed before 4th December 2008 to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.

Hampers and other collections or products have a specific delivery charge. These charges are clearly identified in the product information detail.
