Help with ordering

Step 1

Access the products our online store by clicking on 'buy online' on the grey bar

There are two ways to select products

a) In each shopping category, you will see each category listed on the left or in the central area with an image. To view the products within each category simply click on the image or category name. Some categories we have grouped the products into sub-categories. This will limit the number of products in each group to make it quicker and easier for you to find our products. Sometimes the collection extends onto various pages. Use the page numbers or previous/next links (visible at the bottom of the screen) to move through the pages.

b) Alternatively, if you know what you are looking for then use the search facility on the left menu bar. Simply fill in the name of the item or a descriptive word and click GO. Only the products listed under the word you have used in your search will be displayed.

Step 3

To see more information about the product or product options for products click on the product name or image. If you wish to add the item to your basket you can do by changing the quantity to the number you require and clicking add to basket

Step 4

When you have finished shopping or wish to see a list of the things you have ordered click on the ‘mini cart’ at the top left of the screen. At this stage you can adjust quantity of any product. This is a good stage to check that your order is correct. Click on ‘continue shopping’ to add more items to your basket.

Step 5

The next step is to log-in if you are a registered user (and are not already logged in) and retrieve or edit your delivery details.

Step 6

The second step gives you the opportunity to add any alternative delivery addresses. When you add another address the postage and packing total adjusts automatically. You should also select a requested delivery date from the drop down menu provided. You may also at this stage select to have a gift message added to your order. If you are ordering from a magazine and have your offer code ready, click use 'promotional voucher' to enter it and receive the special offer or if you are redeeming an electronic gift certificate click 'use gift certificate' to enter your gift certificate number.

Step 7

The third step is where you can enter your payment details. You will need a switch or credit card at hand. Our website uses the latest SSL encryption for security. Click 'place order' to process your order. The next screen will be an order confirmation page which will have your order number on, this screen can be printed using the button provided.
