Query or check an order

Step 1


1. To view your orders (whether they were placed online or using the telephone or mailed in order service) select 'my account' on the top right of the screen.


Step 2


Select 'view order history' from the centre of the screen under account options. This will list all your orders. Each order will display the order date, order number, status and all items in the order. To see the all details for an order simply click '> view order'


Step 3


The status of your order will be one of the following:

on hold - the order needs to be assessed by the Daylesford Organic mail order team due to an item being low on stock, a delivery issue or your credit card has not passed our stringent security checks completely

released for delivery - your order is being processed and is on schedule for your requested delivery date

delivered - your order has been shipped by Daylesford and is on its way

cancelled - your order has been cancelled


Step 4


If your order has been shipped and you have provided us with an email address then you will automatically receive an email confirming your order is on its way with the items that are in your package summarised. The email will also contain a tracking # for your parcel. You can goto the www.parcelforce.com and enter this tracking number to track your parcel with Parcel Force.
