At Daylesford Organic, we know how to celebrate summer. A lazy picnic under the trees, with friends and laughter; fun on the beach with the children… When the food is absolutely fresh, in peak season, and organic, it tastes sensational. We have prepared some special summer delights, for you to share.

Summertime hamper

Chill a bottle of our famous rosé – which comes with this hamper with our compliments - and some fresh sparkling apple juice; and let us unpack a marvellous spread – chicken liver paté, smoked salmon, fresh crusty artisan bread, smoked chicken breast, a Cromer crab and samphire quiche; a real old-fashioned Melton Mowbray pork pie with red onion and apple chutney; mayonnaise, a punnet of fresh organic strawberries, some Cotswold brie and organic apples, with a sensational lemon drizzle cake - all waiting for a party of six to enjoy, in its own white wicker basket.

Heritage Organic Lamb Box

We raise rare breed heritage sheep on our organic pastures, and the lamb is as sweet as can be. Our lamb box contains two lamb steaks, two lamb chops, a trimmed rack of lamb and a stuffed lamb cushion, with accompaniments of mint and redcurrant jelly.

Organic Pork in a Box

Heritage breed pigs, raised as nature wishes - with plenty of freedom to roam, forage and live contented, healthy lives. Our pork box contains two loin steaks, diced pork, rolled pork loin and scrumptious organic back bacon - with apple and sage jelly, which is especially good with pork.
