This is where raw food is at its most appealing: You will find magnificent salads of vegetables and fruits at their best, in season, fresh juices and smoothies made on the premises, and a simple but careful and imaginative menu served all day, with teas and coffees - including the eclectic and very healthy Bamford range of Chinese teas.
